The candidate will be based at the University of Trento, and will have the opportunity to interact within the consortium of the Italian National Doctoral Programme in Polar Sciences, as well as with the company Amigo s.r.l. (https://amigoclimate.com/). Periods spent abroad as a visiting scholar at international universities or research bodies are also encouraged. In particular, the candidate will have the opportunity to cooperate within the project TIM – Thunderstorm Intensification from Mountains to Plains (https://tim-campaign.eu/home.html) and the Intense Observation Periods(IOPs) envisaged therein.
