9th International Conference on Meteorology and Climatology of the Mediterranean
Genoa (Italy), 22-24 May 2023
The 9th Edition of the International Conference on Meteorology and Climatology of the Mediterranean (MetMed 2023) will take place in person in the Polytechnic School, located in Sala Quadrivium, Piazza Santa Marta, 2, Genoa (Italy) on May 22-24, 2023.
Abstract submission is now open.
Oral and poster contributions concerning different aspects of meteorology and climatology of the Mediterranean region are welcome in one of the following Sessions:
- Climatology
- Processes and mechanisms
- Remote and in-situ measurements
- Numerical modelling
- Interdisciplinary studies
- Statistical and AI-based methods
Time schedule for the Conference is as follows:
- Deadline for abstracts submission: 16 January 2023
- Notification of acceptance: 14 February 2023
- Upload tentative programme on the web: 01 March 2023
- Deadline for early registration: 17 March 2023
- Deadline for regular registration: 28 April 2023
- Upload final programme on the web: 5 May 2023
Please, consider that each author will be allowed only one oral presentation, regardless of the number of submitted contributions. If the presenting author does not come, it’s up to the Scientific Committee to accept a substitute or to withdraw the presentation.
